Patients check themselves in for their appointment using self-service touch screens suitable for use by people of all ages. As they check-in, their demographic and appointment status are automatically updated into Clarity.
Savience Call-out
Patients are called confidentially and efficiently to their appointments by LCD displays. Calling patients by a unique number, generated by Clarity and issued automatically on check-in, protects patient confidentiality and supports information governance guidelines.
