The Automated Patient Check In solution (APC) puts patients in total control of their check in process. Using a free-standing touch screen kiosk or a wall-mounted touch screen, patients are asked a series of simple verification questions before registering for their appointment. The whole process takes a few seconds. Reception staff are then free to spend more time with those who need their support the most.
